Depending where you go, between $13-$15 per foot. Most of the time for each foot you buy they include 1lb of salad (macaroni, etc.) and that is for Italian/American if you want chicken cutlet or anything special, it's more.

When I got heros last year for DS birthday party, they were 11.99/lb from King Kullen. They were Boars Head. We actually got a roasted veggie hero from there too that was actually very good too.

I just paid $135 +tax for 6 ft half american half italian with plates, cups and cutlery, 5 lbs of potato and 5 lbs of macaroni salad and a "relish" tray - pickles, hot peppers, olives, etc

traditional american or italian around $12 a foot includes salad(although it doesn't look like much).
specialty heros like chicken, mozarella - around 18 a foot.
there is also an alternative option of getting a cold cut platter, comes iwth cheeses and rolls.

We usually get ours from King kullen, i belive we just paid $75 for the 6 ft boars head hero alone without the salads.

We just got one from Valencia in Lynbrook and it came out to $110 (we got half chicken cutlet and half veggie) - macaroni, potato, cole slaw and a pickle and olive tray.
