Brown spot on palm of hand - pic
Has anyone seen this before? Is it a freckle? A mole? Should I be concerned? I've never seen a freckle on the palm of a hand before. It has a very slightly different texture. Image Attachment(s):

It kind of looks like a little blood blister to me. I've gotten them when I got my finger pinched in something.

I feel like when I notice mine they are more of a brown to red/brown color.

Hard to see the color but this is what it looked like to me when I first looked at the pic...maybe it is starting to go away now so it is more on the brown side than red.

See that TINY spot on the opposite side of my hand? that USED to look like the spot on your DD's hand. I have NO clue what it is, it looks like a freckle and its been there for about 2 years and ALMOST gone now!!

She is 14 months.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I guess I'll have the ped look at it during her well visit at the end of this month. But I'm guessing blood blister maybe.

I agree it looks like a blood blister. I wouldnt' think it would be a hemangioma because of the location. I don't think the hand is a common place for it.
