Shark steam mop leaving streaks???!!!
I just bought the 2-in-1 Vac then steam shark vacuum. I used it on my kitchen floors which are laminate floors. It left the floors looking very DULL and left streaks! Any advice? I'm thinking of returning it. Thanks.

Re: Shark steam mop leaving streaks???!!!
try using bottled water...sometimes you have hard water & may not realize it
eta: i see you used it on laminate....I know people swear that it's safe for laminate, but I don't think it's the best idea..I do it maybe once a month, if that. I swear by using a microfiber cloth and Bruce cleaner for the absolute best results with laminate:

Re: Shark steam mop leaving streaks???!!!
Thanks....I've always been happy with the swiffer on the floor and once in a while I get on my hands and knees and scrub. I really think that's the best way for me to clean and will probably return the vac and stick with what has always worked.
On wood floors, I use a wood floor polish that I can pour then mop with a microfiber cloth. It works GREAT! (Like a mop and glo but for wood floors)
