awesome customer service with imaginarium train table!
we started to put it together tuesday afternoon and found a piece to the table itself was cracked. obviously we needed that part so we had to put it away whatever we already put together
i called the company and had to leave a message bc no one answered. i called tru customer service and was told to take the whole thing back (75+ lbs) and if it was in stock they may replace it.. i tried calling the store itself but no one answers their calls
around 4pm i get a return call back from imaginarium and they ask me for my address bc they are shipping out the replacement piece and i should have it by friday. the woman i spoke to was so nice and said she will make sure i have it in time for xmas!
i got it yesterday afternoon less than 24 hrs later!!!!
check all the pieces (theres alot of them!) before putting it together -- if any are missing or broken they will get them to you b4 xmas

the crane is part "c" in box C (thats in my instruction manual )

That's good to know.
We tried to put this together the night before DS' 2nd birthday only to find out that ALL of the hardware (screws) was missing
DH repackaged everything and carried that heavy box back to TRU in the morning and got another (they didn't give us a hard time with the return, amazingly). Built it during DS nap and he saw it after he woke up
We bought a Step 2 Kitchen for DS for Christmas and it's still in the boxes. Obviously DH didn't learn a lesson. We'll see what happens tomorrow night when we attempt to build it.
