cake pop centerpieces
im thinking of doing cake pop centerpieces for dd's christening. has anyone done this? where can i get inexpensive vases? also, how do the cake pops stay in place? a foam piece?

I think that's a cute idea! You can get the vases at the Dollar Tree. You just out a piece of styrofoam inside and stick the cake pops in that. If you wants wrap the styrofoam in pretty tissue paper of fabric or you can even spray paint it. I actually saw the styrofoam pieces in dollar tree also recently. It was the one in east northport on Jericho.

Michaels also has some $1 vases that would be a good size for cake pops. You could also use tulle bunched up in a ball for nice color to fill in the bottom of the vase.
