It's so unattractive when you stuff your feet into shoes that don't fit and it leads to sausage foot and toe overhang.

IMO, this is too much. You either have the plunging neckline or the slit up to your hoo-hah, not both! I love the color, though.

Same here!  That's the LAST thing I think to look at. She looks fab.
ETA: I actually love the heels, too, whether they fit her or not. And I wish we could see the back of the dress- it looks like it's all lace.
