Hanging a flag outside - which side of the house?
Does it matter? We got a flag for the house - does it matter which side of the door you hang the bracket and pole on?

You usually want to place it where the wind where blow it, so it's not always sagging and not visible.
I've seen it in a space btw the house and garage, or by the front door.

I agree, wherever it will blow in the wind. Make sure you have a spot light on it so there is always a light on it.
