Has anyone had success with getting a replacement monitor from Summer Infant?
My video monitor which I LOVE (and cant live without  )stopped working and I'm hoping they will replace it  Has anyone been able to get theirs replaced?

No, but I got a nice discount on a new one. Mine was from 2010.

Yup they replaced it no problem when the screen wouldn't move up and down. However, it happened again...not sure if I should ask for another replacement

No! They didn't seem very concerned with me. Returned to BRU no problem.

I returned mine to BBB after it stopped working in less than a year and had no problem.

The first summer infant I had broke and they replaced, then I ordered the one with a moving camera and when that broke, they weren't much help and I was annoyed because this was all in a two year span, I shouldn't have so many issues with two different monitors.... I now have a Motorola

Yes! I just called them yesterday. I was over the 1 year guaranteed replacement but the lady was so great about it. She is sending me a new one today and i have to send back the broken one. I had called a few months back and the representative i got was nasty...If they give you a problem the first time, call back. Also, try bringing it where you bought it/registered for it. BBB is amazing with this type of stuff.
