I Haven't Really Slept For 3 Nights!
This is kinda long but I need advice...Friday night after dinner dh and I got home from dinner & we started talking about the movie exorcism of Emily Rose and about exorcism and dumb stuff like that. Well, it took me forever to fall asleep because I was so scared. I figured it was normal. I woke up scared & sweating Saturday night and I could not go back to sleep. So again last night I woke up at 3:00 a.m screamed and scared the heck outta dh  I don't know what is up with me??? Is this normal...am I just dwelling on this too much???? Am I the only crazy one that has dealt w/ nightmares??? I need advice

 One of my co-workers had the EXACT same problem when she saw the movie in the theater.
She just kept telling herself to quit being a baby, its just a movie, etc...and she eventually started sleeping again. I think she was up for a whole week

I saw the movie like 2 weeks ago and I don't know why I'm dwelling on it now. I don't scared easily over this stuff but for some reason it's really bothering me!!
