I would def wear a dress or a skirt, or a very nice pants and top. I have only been there for Vday though, so maybe it was fancier?
The waiters were in tux's.

The waiters are dressed but you can wear whjatever you want. Something decent like capris and a nice top...BTW if you can do the 7 course tasting dinner it is AMAZING! Small courses too so you are not insanely stuffed-they match every course with wine...

Men should wear jackets (I'm pretty sure it's required). I wore a summery dress when I went.
Definetly do the tasting dinner!

Its required for men to wear dinner jackets, so I presume you would want to wear a dress or a skirt or a nice pants suit.
