Need more Xmas toy ideas for 6-12 months! PLEASE!
I need ideas for fun toys for the 6-12 month range.
We already got her the Laugh and Learn home, and the LeapFrog Animal Adventure Learning Table as her two big gifts.
I need smaller ideas and not just stacker or shape sorter--please tell me which one your kids like. It is so hard to decide between Vtech, Fisher Price etc etc..

I loved all the fisher price brilliant basics stuff. They have the ring stacker and the shape shorter block set which were favorites at that age. The fp activity table was great too. Simple stalking cups are great, board books or crinkly teether type books- we had one from bright starts. The early years lil shopper play set was a huge hit for dd at that age too.

Re: Need more Xmas toy ideas for 6-12 months! PLEASE!
ITA with any of the Fisher Price Brilliant Basics stuff- the Stack & Roll cups were a fave. My DD also loved The Early Years Little Shopper Set. Melissa and Doug K's Kids Plush Pull Back Vehicles, Infantino Activity Triangle, B Toys (Target) keys and squishy blocks, balls, Little Tikes rainstick, small piano/keyboard....
ETA- as far as deciding btw 2 brands, I'm sure for the most part both would be equally enjoyed so try not to drive yourself too crazy! DD has the laugh and learn teaset above. She got it for her first birthday and at 26 months it's still one of her faves!

i recommend the FP tea set over the other. you can also judge by reviews on amazon or other websites. Just compare/shop online before you purchase.

Scout is GREAT!!!! My LO still loves it at 1.5 years old. Also, the Fisher Price Push Around Car is GREAT! Also a favorite and was used from 6 month to a little over a year.

Honestly, at that age, you really don't need anything. The stuff that my kids still play with from then (getting more than a month or two of play):
The FP tea set is awesome. Kid won't really play with it til 1.5 yrs though. For bath time, I like the green toys submarine & tug boat A push-walker that looks like a doll stroller (yes, even boys like strollers) BOOKS (we love & use the books every day) Some "rock guitar". Musical instruments (Melissa and Doug make a box)
