RANT-DO NOT order from Ugly Sofa.com
After reading reviews on this site I order personalized stockings from uglysofa.com and it has been over a month and I still have not received them!!
I sent a total of 3 email (there is no phone number for this company) and I have not received a response. Nothing, not even an automated email that they received my email.
I checked and the charge went through my credit card but still nothing was sent. So frustrated!! Sadly, I didn't check the BBB before I placed my order and it appears that their customer service is horrible and there are many complaints of people that placed orders and didn't receive their merchandise.
There FB page also has complaints and they respond that the item has been shipped. I also noticed that two customers posted comments that after the follow up, they still haven't received their order. The company deleted the posts within the hour.
I am completed annoyed with the horrible customer service and the failure to send products advertised on their site. There was no delay in charging my credit card though.
Don't use this company- they are horrible.

Ugh I hate when companies don't have a contact number. I just searched to see if I could find you a number. They came up with complaints on the BBB and they are not BBB accredited. Wondering if you can try calling them. 801-892-6009

i've used personal creations for my stockings. they usually have great deals and ship quickly

Mine are from there too, and I love them. But I was also very tempted by the cute stockings on Ugly Sofa. To the OP, thanks for letting people know and I hope you are able to get a refund.

I just ordered stuff from them on Friday, they seemed to have good CS when I emailed them some questions. Ugh, now I'm worried I won't get my order.

I ordered an anywhere chair from them. It took over a month to ship- I had known that about them though so I ordered it knowing that.

I am literally going through the SAME thing.
I ordered on Nov 18 and nothing. I emailed them and no response.
I am getting pissed. I had also ordered part of my mom's Christmas gift from them. Not here yet. It just says processing.

I emailed them a question to and heard back right away. I was SO impressed. Then I wrote to them inquiring about my order and heard nothing.

My daughters ugly where chair took about 2 weeks to get. 1 week for processing, 1 week for shipping. But this was months ago and not during a holiday season... I'd be patient. While the communication might suck, the products do not. I'm highly impressed with my chair and they even added on my daughters name in script when I asked them to. Love the way it came out!

I am now up to 4 emails and still have not received any response. I wanted the stockings for this Christmas which is why I ordered them so early. This is supposed to be a legit business. How difficult is it to response with an email?
It is a horrible way to conduct a business by ignoring customers.

I wish I had seen this before! I ordered the similar anywhere chair from them on 11/29. Almost 2 weeks later my order is still showing up as awaiting fulfillment. I had actually forgotten about it! I e-mailed them earlier today and haven't received a response yet. It was supposed to be part of DS christmas gift; I'm not too upset if it comes after christmas; but I want to make sure I get my order!
