I faked bake the other day
I haven't gone tanning in YEARS but I do remember that when I would do it in the winter, just laying there in that warm tanning bed for 20 minutes would like totally change my mood.
It was like a cure to the winter blues.
Something about the warmth and the rays.
I really think I have seasonal affective disorder- no joke!

It's the vitamin D in the UV rays! It does wonders! My niece lives in Pittsburgh and the sun only shines maybe 80 days out of the year, she and my SIL have to take vitamin D pills and they say it really helps their mood!!

My daughter lives in AK where there is a lot of darkness this time of year. And these lights are big sellers
