ugh - apt going to fall through??
I hate brokers!!!
We made an offer this week that was accepted on an APT. in long beach.
Now the agent is telling me they are going to have an open house this sunday (she CLAIMS it was planned before we made the offer).
I don't buy it - they are just being greedy and seeing what else they can get. I can't blame them - but I am annoyed!!!
I am ready to go to contract TODAY - I want this place....a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush - right???

I'd go turn all of the open house signs to face the wrong way. If the broker is going to be such a jerk I'd return the favor.
