Where is Olivia Popes Mom ???
It's the season finale I thought (Last season) Rowan (I thought his name was Eli- LOL!) kills Harrison, puts Maya in the hole & Olivia and Jake go to the private island.

He didn't kill her this time just like he didn't kill her when she tried to blow up the plane because she is Oliva's mother and he can't do that to his daughter
