Would you trust both equally the same? Would you pay top dollar for both?
Long story short I paid $$$ for a company to do an inspection b/c I wanted a licensed professional engineer. What they sent was a registered architect and I didn't find that out until the inspection was 90% over. Would you be concerned or upset that the inspection wasn't as good? Also, what is the difference? TIA!

The Architect can do it as long as he's qualified. The co. will have to sign off on the inspection.
My DH is a PE and I just asked him the difference... that was his response.
HTH's.
