Kids handprints on bedroom wall ideas?
My husband and I are repainting our bedroom. I thought it would be cute to incorporate our kids hand and foot prints somehow onto our freshly painted blue walls, perhaps with some leftover white paint. But i need some ideas. Should i do it randomly all over the room? Arrange them into a design or pattern on one wall? I'm frightfully non-artistic, and I'd like to go into it with a plan, cause my DS is 3 and DD is 9 months so we wont have much time for "trial and error" before they both lose patience with me and I end up wearing the paint.
Any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated!!!!!!

You would be willing to put your kids hand and footprints all over your newly painted walls? 
What about putting their handprints and footprints on paper in an artistic design, then having it framed and put on the wall?

I would do them on paper and frame them... wayyyy to risky at that age to have them put handprints right on the newly painted walls.

Well, it's me and DH painting the room so if something gets messed up, i'm not too worried about it 
I was thinking of doing the hand prints "climbing" or foot prints "walking" all the way up the wall. I just wasn't sure if there was a more fun or creative way that someone could think of to do that. Thanks for your suggestions!!

After our new baby is born we are making something like this to hang above our fireplace with all of our handprints.
Maybe something similar would be nice --- you could do it on the wall if you REALLY wanted to but I'd say do it on canvas so that you can take it with you if you ever move. They sell blank canvas at Michael's and AC Moore that are very inexpensive.

You can get all sizes of canvas' at Michaels or AC Moore...paint them the color of your walls and then have your kids put their hand prints on them. So it will still blend with the wall, if you don't want the framed look, but be much neater and easier.

Pasting the shades of kids hand prints with different attractive colors is an amazing idea, it would look beautiful in their room, i would suggest you to paste kids hand prints on the wall above their beds firstly by painting the wall with dark color and then paste their hand prints on it, it would look great.
