switching from verizon to sprint?

anyone done this? I see that sprint is offering a service where they will pay your contract termination fee with verizon if you switch to them. The bill seems to be way cheaper through sprint, but idk how good the service is..

Sorry no info, but I've had verizon forever and was also thinking about switching to another carrier but worried about the service too.

Re: switching from verizon to sprint?

Think of it this way - you get what you pay for

DH has sprint, I have Verizon.

He drops calls often, I hardly ever do. Maybe after a big storm if some towers were affected. I can't deal with no service, so I stick with Verizon. I did however call them about my bill last year and hey put me on loyalty plan which saved me $40 a month!

Give them a call

I've had sprint forever and have never had service issues. And you really can't breath their incredible customer service!

I switched a few years ago from Verizon to sprint and haven't had any service issues at all. I rarely ever drop a call.

wow that's awesome- is that for just you or for you and dh?

DH gets 21% off/month, so I was thinking it's probably worth it to switch. I get 19% off/month for verizon, but they are alot more expensive still

I switched from Verizon to Sprint five years ago and the service and coverage is exactly the same, if not better, on Sprint.

About 10 years ago I switched from verizon to sprint and never looked back. I had so much trouble with verizon and none with sprint.

I switched from Verizon to Sprint about 4 years ago to save money. I have no issues with Sprint, I'm glad I switched.

Just me. DH is still on his family plan with his parents so I don't push the issue- more money in our pockets!! That includes taxes and fees and what not. Every month $75.21

Re: switching from verizon to sprint?

I just switched from sprint to Verizon. Sprints service is just as good. Their customer service is lacking though. My husband was with sprint for like 13 years. Our bill was getting out of control and they wouldn't do anything for us. My Verizon bill is $60 less for the same thing
