Similar online stores to Wooden Solider?
So I posted last week that I really don't care for a lot of holiday boy stuff. My son will be almost a year. I don't like the stuff in gymboree, childrens place, etc.
So, I have found very traditional Christmas stuff on Wooden Solider (sorry if a lot of you don't care for my taste. I know its ubber traditional, but I have my DS's whole life to dress him in sweater vests & cords, I want something more dressy and babyish).
Wooden Solider is so expensive. Any other recommendations for similar style stores? Below is the outfits I fell in love with for my DS.

I have no clue, but, while I'm not traditional at all, I absolutely LOVE that boy's outift! It is so freakin cute!

thanks! its a shortall which my MIL & Mom will LOVE plus its very Christmasy. But its $68!!! WHOW!!! I can't spend that kind of money, plus I'd have to get knee socks to go with it.
I do love the traditional outfits but everything I find in stores isn't my taste

I have pretty similar tastes too and I hear you about the prices at wooden soldier. I've seen some similar style dresses to strausberg at Syms so they might have similar boys styles too, not sure. That's not an online store though so you'd have to try in person. Other than strausburg I don't know of any other online stores like that. Hopefully someone else will though

thanks! I think I'm gonna try the Strausburg outlets (not impressed with whats on their website though). I may also check out Bloomies & Lord&Taylor. My MIL is on the look-out at Marshall.

I love their stuff. I used to buy loads of dressy things for my nieces there! THe only similar stuff I've seen was from TalbotsKids, they were  but alas they are gone now.
But what do you think of this? $30 on ebay!!

OMG, I'm loving it!!! I'll watch it and see if the bidding goes up. $30 is a lot for used, but its still half the price. Maybe Plus 18 mos will be too big (he is only in 9 mos now). Thanks so much Colette!!
I may search ebay all week for talbots, wooden solider, etc.

Hey Kerry that's "buy it now" so no need to wait! But that size will be too big I guess :sad: You know you could email the seller and see if she has it or could get it in say 12M?

Strasburg children I love them - very traditional. They also have outlets in deer park and riverhead.

Have you tried Hanna Andersen or CWD Kids, both have great stuff plus if you have more then 1 child, they have both girl and boy outfits to match.
