I am writing to express my pleasure with real estate agent Beth Lowe, who represented my husband and me in our recent purchase of a single-family home. I contacted Beth in June 2010, stating that my husband and I would be looking to purchase within the upcoming months. Ms. Lowe immediately set us up with a listing book account; she never pushed us, but rather allowed us to “work” at our own pace. When we were ready to get out and begin our search, Beth made some appointments based on the criteria I had given her. Our new home was the 2nd house we saw on the very first day we went out. Being first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar with the purchasing process. However, Beth was always there to recommend someone and guide us through the entire process. Our situation was not typical, since we had received a state grant which required additional inspections and paperwork. Beth worked hard at scheduling appointments, making calls, and basically staying on top of not only her job but everyone else’s, as well. Ms. Lowe went above and beyond and words can not express how grateful we are to have worked with her. Her knowledge and persistence combined with her level of enthusiasm made for a smooth, stress-free home-buying experience. I wish ALL businesses had the level of customer service that Ms. Lowe does. Beth was simply fabulous when it came to being our Real Estate Agent. She set us up with a Listingbook account almost instantly, she was always easily accessible when I had a question, or a concern. She reassured us when we needed to know that things were going to work out, and she held our hands through out the entire process. She took care of everything almost as quickly as it came across her desk. My son loved her more than words can say and called her Princess Beth, and spoke about her non stop. My husband and I were originally trying to do things on our own but when no one would call back I called Beth! She instantly set up the showings we wanted and took care of everything under the sun. She was such an asset to have on our side that I wouldn’t even dream of using another realtor for any of our future real estate needs on Long Island. I would especially urge first time buyers or sellers to consider using Beth. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process, cares about your best your interests above all else, and will be able to walk you through the entire process from start to finish. It was a great feeling to have someone so good on our side. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use Beth!
Selling my condo was certainly not easy but Beth always went above and beyond and got my house sold! She was always on top of everything and always quick to respond to my questions or concerns.
