PLEASE>>> I NEED MORE PRAYERS FOR MY GRANDPA (SORRY KINDA LONG)!
so the dr. called and said he had a fever last night, which means he has a urinary infection... they are gonna treat it w/ antibiotics... he is being sent to the geriatric hospital unit in the rehabilitation/nursing home. I asked her to be honest w/ me about what she thought...
she said she really couldnt say right now... she said that the small mass on the kidney will not kill him... she said that if he responds to the antibiotics and is able to go to rehab, then that will be good. She said if he does worse and doesnt respond to the antibiotics, and he isnt a candidate for surgery, then he may be a candidate for hospice... she said that he is not in emminent danger of dying... she said that she can't really say cause she doesnt / didnt really know him before all of this... I said, I thought hospice was when you were gonna day like any day... she said no... that its when the dr determines 6 mths or less... she said but she's not saying that right now... it all depends on how he responds to the antibiotics... she wouldnt even have said it at all... but I was really pressing her to tell me something... she said she really didnt know... Please pray that he responds to the antibiotics!!
