I am not too sure of the exact recipe, but a friend of mine spreads raspberry jam (seedless) on brie and then wraps it in some type of pie crust and bakes it.
It always comes out so good!

I buy the brie that comes in a wooden box thingy, unwrap it, stick it back in the box, throw some slivered almonds on top of it, throw it into the oven until the top is soft, and serve it!
I don't really use recipes...but hope this helps!
