food processor or stand mixer
which one do you have and which one is better? stand mixer or food processor?

I have a small food processor and find that it does an alright job.
Don't have a stand mixer, I just use a hand-held electric.

they do 2 different things
but you can get the cuisinart mini prep food processor- it's so cute and small and $40
I have one and love it- and that was before I worked for them

I have both and i LOVE them... i use them both all the time for baking... they do completely different things, but are awesome... i also have the mini food processor and dont seem to really ever use it... just the big one...

IMO, you need both.
ETA: you don’t really need a stand mixer unless you're doing heavy baking. I think a hand mixer is ok. however, after using my Kitchen Aid mixer for the 1st time today, I would use it for a LOT more than just baking if I had the counter space to leave it out all the time.

I LOVE my mini chopper! I use it all the time! today I used it to chop peanuts for something I baked. 3 seconds, done! 
I use it to make tuna salad, chop veggies, etc. it's a must have in any kitchen!

We have our mini cuisinart and it is awesome for chopping onions, garlic, etc. The stand mixer is awesome for baking, like dough or batter. We have the giant kitchen aid for that.
