Pepto??

Hi My puppy is having VERY loose bowel movements--I saw the post on OTC drugs-I am still just alittle nervous about giving her pepto-do you think it is alright?? What else can I do, any suggestions??

maybe give him some rice in his food?

you can give them pepto, just a little in a dropper.

I gave my pup pepto, it should be okay just give like a 1/4 teaspoon at a time. And I agree with the rice suggestion.

I have gievn my puppy Pepto a few times...It works.

1/4 a teaspoon was the amount for her weight ( 5-9 lbs)...I googled how much to give her, The Vet wa sthe one who reccomended it.

Also mixed her diet up with Rice and canned pumpkin. The Canned pumpkin worked wonders in helping.

boil some white rice and mix it with him food!

canned pumpkin worked for my dog when he stomach was upset...just mix a little into her food.

there is actually something for animals. i can't remember what it is called but we gave it Sammy before.
