Nelly Fertado Turned Down Playboy

Nelly Furtado has revealed she once turned down a $500,000 offer to pose
nude in Playboy.

The 'Maneater' singer admits she was flattered when she got the call from
the world famous magazine, owned by Hugh Hefner, and seriously considered
stripping off in the publication's pages.

However, Nelly eventually decided keep her clothes on so her future lovers
have something to look forward.

She told MTV: "It was tempting. It almost plays on your vanity. But I like
to save a little bit for the bedroom. It's something to be preserved a
little bit for yourself. But that's not to say that I would never do it. As
a pop star, people would love to see you naked every day."

The 28-year-old star, who is currently single and has a daughter Nevis,
admits she feels as though her sexuality has blossomed as she has got older.

She explained: "For me, I am a late bloomer. I have grown into my sexuality.
My videos are real expressive and I get to channel a lot of energies,
including sensual energy. I'm pretty satisfied."
