jeans emergency!
well, i've lost 14 pounds so far and my clothes are getting a little too big...which is great!
but my jeans now fit terribly! i'm willing to spend money on really NICE jeans! i have NO CLUE on what looks nice!
i'm like a 10/12...where should i go? what brands should i try on? what styles? i HATE jeans shopping!!
preferably in the nassau or dix hills area....
HELP!!! i'm so fashion oblivious!

congrats on the weight loss. if you are planning on losing more (as indicated by your "so far" comment) i wouldn't spend a lot of money. go to the gap. they have a lot of styles and most jeans are around $50.

Congratulations on your weight loss! That's awesome!
I have a curvy figure and I really like the way Citizens of Humanity jeans fit me. You can find them in Bloomingdales. I would just go with an open mind and try on a bunch of different styles until you find one you like!
However if you don't want to spend that much on jeans (Citizens run about $200) I would go to the Gap or Old Navy. I got a pair of really cute skinny jeans in Old Navy for around $25!

NY & Co Jeans... the Platinum brand. They're great! And so flattering. They're reasonably priced at about $60 but with all of the sales that are going on, you could probably get them at an even lower price.
Congrats on the loss!!

How about National Jean Company - there is one in Woodbury Commons which is not too far from where you live. They have every brand jean and they take the time to help you!!
