I broil it in the oven - about 8 minutes a side, depending on thickness.

I usually broil it (when it's not grill season), but I seared it the other night using a really hot griddle pan and it came out soooo much better. Heat the pan up before you put the meat on it, then don't put the london broil on until it sizzles when it touches the pan.
I then cooked it for 4-5 minutes on each side. When you remove it, it will look too rare, but let it sit for a few mintures before you slice it. It was perfect.

i marinate mine with either teriayki sauce or bbq sauce- put some pepper and garlic powder on it. let it sit all day.
put on the george formen or in the oven.
YUM
make sure u dont over cook or will taste like rubber.
