do any of you "feel" when you ovulate?
My friend told me she actually gets a bit of a cramping on her side.
I don't think that I have ever experienced that in my life-
Do any of you?
If so, how low down on your side?
Just sounds so cool to be that in tune with your body.

I do! I feel it just about every month. Mine is pretty far down in my abdomin region and usually on the right side (my left ovary is a lazy ovary)

I feel I guess what people call mittlesmirtz or whatever. I feel this sharp 'ping' like pain very low down. I also notice a difference in discharge. I will write down what I notice in my planner and question whether or not I ovulated but when AF flow comes 2 weeks later, it's safe to assume that those were signs. I noticed these things since I was in college, but after reading Taking Charge of your Fertility, things made much more sense!

yep me too, same thing happens, the cramping lasts for a few days.

I never feel any pains or cramps- just the EWCM.
Before reading TCOYF, I was always like gross- why is it like this again?! Now, that I know it means I'm O'ing I appreciate it more..
But, yes, it must be so cool do be able to FEEL your ovaries working each month!

I don't feel jack --- I don't get cramps ever -- not for my period, nada. I don't get sore boobs, I don't get PMS, and when I was pg, I didn't feel a thing.....

I've never been one to get cramps, so it was a surprise when I went off the pill and felt O pains ... I definitely alternate sides and for me it feels like a very bad gas pain but low and to the side.

I feel it! I've always wished I didn't cause it feels like most of the month I have cramps!
I have cramps around 1 - 2 days, low down in the abdomen.
