abdominal workouts and ttc-ing
Should I be limiting myself to certain types of ab workouts / machines now that I am ttc-ing? Didn't ask my doctor that specific question but he said to continue life as normal... including working out. I know working out your abs helps for post-pregnancy muscles and snapping back into shape.

No my trainer said to keep working them and I do, you want your ab muscles to be strong so that after the baby they dont drop/sag. He said once Im pregnant then they will be modified. HTH

I still do my abs. I have actually eased up on the heavy weights.
