What did I do wrong?
I tried to alter a pumpkin bread recipe using applesauce instead of oil and whole wheat flour in place of regular. I don't think I did anything differently but when I baked it, it wouldn't bake!!! It was mush...
Does anyone have a low-fat pumpkin bread recipe they want to share with me? You can FM me too. TIA!
