Follie question—What does this mean?
I have mild PCOS and I am on metformim and follistim injectibles. I had a sono today and I had 2 at about 15, and multiple follies under 9, and I think one at 12. My lining was 8.1.
Just 2 days ago, my biggest ones were only 8, so I was excited that I was finally making progress. My dr. said something about that they want just a few good ones, and I asked if it was “too much” and he said so far it is okay because the other ones are staying small. He said he’ll know more when he sees the blood work. He also said I have “more to go” insinuating that I am not at the end of the road yet. I’ve been stimming for 9 days, I can’t see this dragging out that much longer.
Any thoughts? I’m totally confused.

Follicles should be 18-22mm in order to trigger. Any smaller and the egg isn't mature enough yet.
Usually just one or maybe two will develop to that size and the others will disappear.
