pork chops
mine always come out dry. anyone have a suggestion or recipe that would help me out

theres a rachel ray one that i make that comes out really good... so. you heat up a skillet to medium high heat. while its heating up, rub balsalmic vinegar on both sides of the pork chop, and cut up some fresh thyme. put the pork chop in the frying pan for 6 mintues. after 6 minutes, turn the pork chop over and sprinkle the thyme on it. make a foil "tent" over top of the frying pan, and then let that side cook for 5 minutes. the foil tent usually keeps them from getting dried otu, and then combo of thyme and balsalmic is great!

I agree with the foil tent thing..I would do this even if you put it in the oven..

I just made them the other night in one of those Reynolds oven bags. I breaded them first and then baked. They were soooo juicy!!!!

ive used shake n bake for pork and they come out pretty good.
