Q about cheesecake prep
when making a cheesecake, how long do you leave the cream cheese out to let it soften?

Re: Q about cheesecake prep
I always leave mine out overnight (but it definitely doesn't take that long). You can also soften it in the microwave. Just make sure to take it out of the tinfoil-ish wrapper
