I recognized it immediately. I believe David Beckham has those words on his arms in Hebrew as well.

Are the Becks members of the tribe??
I do love that saying though-- and our kiddish cup says it, in addition to our ketubah-- but, a tatoo-- especially for a jewish person is a little sacreligious. (sp?)

David Beckham sounds Jewish to me
ETA: it says here that his Maternal Grandfather was Jewish
His maternal grandfather is Jewish, and he has spoken of the influence the religion has had on him; however, he is not known to practice Judaism or any other faith.
