I just made yummy oreo trufffles! Recipe inside!

And they were SOOO easy!!

1 package of oreos
1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1 lb of chocolate ( I like semi-sweet)
1/2 lb. of white chocolate

Use a food processor to make the whole bag of oreos into a fine powder.

Let the cream cheese get to room temperature and then mix with the oreos until there is no more white. It kind of looks like mud. (I used a hand mixer and it was fine)

Roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for 45 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and dip the truffles into it to coat.

Melt the white chocolate and use a fork to drizzle it on the truffles.

Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens!
