So how many days from you period do you ovalte. I though it was 14 days from you period. but i think i'm wrong

Nope, it varies,I heard the best way to find out to be very sure is a basal thermometer. The OPK tests can be confusing. good luck and you just got TBAF- go to cvs and start with your temp NOW!!!

Your ovulation day can change every cycle, and it is most definitely different in each individual, only about 10% of people ovulate, on cd 14. You need to track ovulation with an opk and use temping to chart patterns....if you have a thermal shift, you can pretty much confirm O.

I'm bad at the days but it think it is the 28 it is always on time same dates every month

I think if you think you are getting AF on or about the same # date of the month, your cycles might be about 30-31 days, so you would probably ovulate around CD15 or CD 16. But not everyone is textbook. You will need to start monitoring your CM and using OPK to figure exactly when you are ovulating.

I used to have 28 day, O on Cycle day 14 all the time cycles...BUT once I started getting stressed..now Im averagiing 26 days and then 35 days...No medium...It can change every month. You should use OPK's or temping to be sure..

It varies from person to person. Sometimes I O on cd14-15 and other times I O on cd19-20, it varies. YOu should start checking your CM and using OPKs, that will help you. I was always able to pinpoint my O with the OPKs.
