8-29-05 .....anyone in?

I am gonna have to start a diet and exercise regimen or something ...I have a christening,wedding and a few other parties to go to in the next few months and I dont fit into anything

Who is with me???

Me, Me, Me!!!!!!!!!! I am so starting!! DH starts his Masters Program this week, so with his new schedule I feel like I have more me time!! I am doing the gym Tuesday & Thursday after work and on Sunday!!!

Ok so I weighed in and I am looking at losing about 15 pounds.

I am doing weight watchers Flex Plan and had some wonderful Trader Joe's finds for breakfast.

Cranberry Apple Bran Mini Muffin- 1 pt. and very filling

Trader Joe's Brand cinnamon raisin mini bagel- 2pts.

2 tbsp trader joe's light whipped cream cheese- 2pts.

Total- 5 points
Total points allowed- 20
points remaining- 15

I am looking to lose 30 lbs
I am 154.6 lbs this morning ugh
I would like to weigh in every Monday
I will be walking 2 miles around noon and later this evening

I am in girls !!! Started an antidepressant 3 months ago and it definately made me gain weight, so disturbed by this and want to get a handle on it before it goes any further. I have a treadmill at home and have to start tonight.

Walking? How should I start?

ok so I went for a 2-3 mile walk and ate healthy today

I wanna be in too!!!

Im 1XX lbs and I want to be 150. According to my personal trainer my ideal weight is 155 so I guess 5lbs below that should be great.

Today I tried not to eat the Edys Dibs in my freezer (ok I had a few)! But I also did an hour with my PT.Chat Icon

Had good days Mon. & Tues.!! Went to the gym Monday!
Though I had dinner at Mom's for my Bro's 21st B-day.... and the darn Manicotti would't leave me alone!! And the cheesecake & pecan pie taunted me until I had a slice of each!
BUT... back to the gym & healthy eating tomorrow!!

I think I will try not to weigh myself this time around for a while. I am basically following WW Flex points though. I know what I weigh & I really want to go by feel. If my clothes are fitting better, then it's all good!

ok so I was done by 8-30.because AF came and that is my excuse to eat chocolate but I am starting over today

welcome......I have been really bad but I just got my kids on a schedule and school stated and I have been walking so hopefully I will see some weight loss results soon

actually I have been making sure that I have breakfast ,lunch,sinner a snack and a dessert

everyday.....usually I skip breakfast and lunch then I am starving so I go nuts and eat like a pig

and I really only walked twice last week but I went shopping at the mall so that was walking too

I have just been making healthier choices like baked chips for a snack and normal sized portions
