NOPE...and I did my first run since last week....boy was I winded! You'd think will all the cookies I ate I'd have tons of sugar in my blood.....I guess they already made it too my butt!

I am sooo disappointed in myself... I ate like a pig! but, The good thing is that I didn't eat dessert and I've been to the gym all week... so maybe it's not so bad!!

I don't think I did the best I could have, but certainly not the worst either. I do know that everything I put in my mouth was done consciously, so I was never "out of control". The rest of the week is going to be killer. out to dinner tomorrow and Friday we are eatig dinner in the city at a restaurant I have been wanting to try for so long . . .

I've been doing okay.
Last year, I basically went to town all holiday season...from Thanksgiving onward...eating crap and no exercising.
This year, I've been splurging here and there, but not out of control like i was last year. Also, I've been maintaining my gym schedule which is helping! I don't think Ive lost weight - but I havent gained either....and that is a feat for me this time of year!!
