Just booked our weekend in Key West!!!
So happy we are able to go! We lucked out and got affordable airfare so we decided to do it!!! Waahooooo! Something to look forward to!!!!

Not a direct flight - we are flying into Miami and driving - we got a convertible Mustang for the drive for $150.
We will stay in one of the guesthouses in OldTown - I'm leaning towards either The Frances Street Bottle Inn or The Author's House.
We are going for a wedding the weekend of April 14th - anyone willing to join us is more than welcome but be warned....I totally lose myself in Key West!!!!!

if you are thinking about going - they are renovating the casa marina - not sure if all the rooms will be done by mem day or not. It's a great resort for key west (as most places don't have a beach or a resort feel) and it's on the other end of duvall, but close enough to walk to duvall and mallory

The Casa Marina is beautiful - I stayed there once. But I am a total sucker for the guest houses, I love staying in town and I love the personal feel of the guest houses.
