Greek Islands -which was your favorite?
For those who have been to Greek islands, which did you like the best?
I really want us to go to Greece this summer...I have to spend time with relatives in Athens and Cephalonia but want to visit at least 2 other islands (hopefully).
I havent been to Greece since I was 13 and am so clueless about where to go so I'm trying to figure out where else to go.

Mykonos has the best beaches 
Santorini was also very beautiful.
Never been to Crete.

I have only been to Santorini and fell in love.
I wanted to see Rhodes & Crete as well as Naxos and a few other lesser known islands.
I was told to go to Mykonos if you want a heavy nightlife and great beaches.

WE GO TO LEFKADA, WHICH HAS PORTO KATSIKI AND ALOT OF OTHER BEAUTIFUL BEACHES... WE ALSO TAKE OUR BOAT OVER TO SCORPIOS AND SWIM OVER THERE.. THAT'S JUST COL BECAUSE THAT'S WHERE JACKIE O USED TO SWIM..... LOVE IT THERE.. KEPHALONIA IS NICE ALSO.........

My grandmother lives in Kephalonia so its a given that we will go there... of course, she lives 2 hours away from the beach at the top of a mountain with no indoor plumbing (don't ask) so we will definitely stay in a hotel.

WHEN WE TAKE THE CRUISE WE STOP THERE AND IT IS NICE... BUT BEING ON THE MOUNTAIN... NO WAY!!!! I COULDN'T ..... I LOVE MY FATHER IN LAW'S ISLAND IT AHS EVERYTHING ( INCLUDING INDOOR PLUMBING  ) YOU SHOULD STOP THERE.. I PROMISE YOU WILL OLOVE IT.... NIDRI IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM HIS HOUSE AND THEY HAVE AN AWESOME NIGHTLIFE...... AHHHH ICAN'T WAIT TO GO

I've only been to Mykonos (of your choices) and I absolutely adored it!!! I'm dying to get to Santorini next.
Rhodes is also an amazing island... very different than the ones you have mentioned.

We go to Greece every year....DH is Greek...
My favorite island is Santorini hands down!!!! Love it there (not the beach)....
Not crazy about Mykonos..to many young kids..partying....We have been to Kefalonia, my SIL is from there (love Myrtos beach), Paros, Naxos, Crete, Chios, Rhodes and Skathos (which is my second favorite!!! small island near Lamia (where my DH is from)....Crete has one of the best beaches and is really a nice big island to explore....at the end you can't go wrong with any of them.....

i go to Kefalonia every summer. i love it there and it has some gorgeous beaches. i've also been to Kerkira, Rhodes, Milos, and Santorini.
Kerkira was my fav. so far (along with Santorini)

Hands down... Kefalonia is my favorite!!!It has so many different beaches to choose from, each with its own style. All beautiful!!! Its night life is a little quite but perfect for lovers and families
 But you do need some time there to explore because it is a large island.
I have also been to Santorini which is very beautiful because of its sights and its town not so much the beach. Zakinthos has a great night life and is also very pretty. Rhodes is also very nice. My personal opinion is any of the Ionian islands are gorgeous because of their waters.
