WW bracelet - do you have one and wear it
I have one and I wear it but do I actually use it. Nope. I wear it as a reminder to stay on track and focussed. I forget to move the little charm so it rests at the two black beads or I'll move it after breakfast and then it rests at 3 points all day.
Do you use yours

I never hear of the bracelet. Actually tomorrow is 1 year that I joined WW so it might be before my time.

They had them at WW for a while...they started it atleast 2 years ago....they might have done away with them
