Johns 2 month Dr visit

My little chub-a-luba is 13lbs 2oz (more than doubled his birthweight) & he is 23.5 inches.

On a sad note he got 3 shots today. I think I cried more than he did, thank God Daddy was there cause Mommy couldnt handle it.

A question, have any of your babies ran fevers after shots? He doent have one but I just want to make sure its common should one develop.

I wanted to say your son is so cute!!! My daughter did not run a fever last time my Dr. told me to give her Tylonol half hour before we went and she was fine after her shots...I have to take her on Wed for her next round of shots Chat Icon I am hoping she will be just as good as last time. Big Boy...he runs so similar to my little man....

Kevin didn't run a fever with any shots he got so far. The last one they said he may or get cranky and he didn't. He had no reaction.

I used to work for a pediatrician's office in Holbrook/East Islip and would assist the Dr. when she gave the shots. I used to feel soooo bad for these poor little babies. One minute everything is just great, sitting there minding their own business, the next someone strange lady is jabbing them with a needle! I used to get a little upset seeing that, I can only imagine how I will be with my own!

My daughter never ran a fever. But she would get very cranky cuz she was in some pain from the shots so to take awaythe pain I would give her some motrin to help relieve the pain and it worked

Cassidy had a slight fever and was very irritable the night that she got her 1st shots.

Hope your little man is OK!!!Chat Icon
