Trader Joe Meals- good for WW?
I've never been to trader joes but people on here talk about it all the time so I'm thinking about checking it out. I heard that they have pre-prepared meals, generally speaking are they good for WW people?

snack wise, get the better than peanut butter. SO much better than peter pan etc.
for meals, frozen turkey meatballs, the lo mein dinner, individual pad thai w/ tofu (frozen), creamed corn soup, lots of good stuff !
