Guess I Belong Here Now
I just want to say hello to the ladies on this board. I've been peeking at this board for about a month now and kept hoping I wouldn't need to join it, but it's now 9 months since we started TTC (less than a year, but DH and I are over 35).
We've started basic fertility testing. My HSG is scheduled next Monday, and I just made an appt. to see an RE next month. After that, we'll see what we will do.
I guess like most people, we thought this would be easier. At this point, I think I need to stay away from the TTC board for a little while. I'm happy for the ladies who are getting pregnant, but I also wish that was us.

I think the testing as well as meeting with an RE will help you feel better because you are taking action.

Thank you for the warm welcome! I'm sorry my original post made it sound as if I don't want to be here. In reality, I would rather not be on this board (as I'm sure is the case for everyone else), but all the support and encouragement is very helpful to me.
It also helps to remember this is not an easy process for everyone. So thank you all for your welcome!
My HSG was cancelled. Such a pain to set this test up! Maybe next month, though I did call my doctor after this and got referrals to a couple other places in case I have the same problem next month.
