This is great!
I talked to my boss today because I want to take some time off from work after my transfer since my job is so stressful and I am on My feet alot! So I was open and honest about what is going on and told her I didn't really know exact dates, She said request for time off approx when you want off and she will be happy to adjust according to my cycle! It is so good to work for someone who is understanding!!  to all!
