Bxgell....Back Contractions...

Can you tell me what yours feel like?
Sometimes I think I might be having those.
For me its kind of like a squeezing but it doesn't last that long but sometimes I'll have them close together but then nothing for a long time.
I am not feeling too much up front except a lot of pressue and random cramping but very random.

Sounds like what I was having a few days ago. Just a little cramping in my abdomen and then a dull ache in my back that would accompany it. Last night though it was different. Every few minutes I would feel extreme cramping in my abdomen (TMI, but almost like I would feel if I had food poisoning and had to run to the bathroom ) and then it would wrap around to my back and I would feel this unbelievable tightening/deep/aching pain in my back for 30 seconds and then it would pass.

Oh I hope I'm on the same path as you that hopefully leads to labor.

To try and turn the baby you should get on all fours as much as possible. Do tiny arches just with the small of your back. That position helps gravity to turn him/her front ways
