WW girls...Do you go to the meetings???
I used to but I really don;t anymore..I feel weird at the new center I go to...I really don;t like the leaders and honestly I get more support from you girls!

I love the meeting I go to, but that's because of how much I like the leader. I am not sure if I would like the meetings if the leader was different . . .

I goto meeting. I go every Sunday Morning. I love my leader he is so FUNNY. He is also my Aunt's best friend so I know him outside of WW.
They say people who go to meetings lose 3x more then people who do it on their own.
I feel for me that when I don't go to meetings I am not as focused

When I used to go I always went to the meetings. I loved my leader but I heard she moved out of state now  I hope I can find one that I like almost as much as her! Time to go back!

Back when I lost over 60 lbs I was going and staying for all of the meetings, and I felt very sucessful.
The past year I've spent on and off of the program and never stayed for meetings, and I think that's part of the reason why I wasn't able to stay on program.
For me the meetings motivate me and make me feel more accountable, plus they give me good ideas and ways of looking at things when I am in a rut.
So for me I feel I HAVE to go to the meetings, as much as I'd rather spend that 1 hour on the weekends with DD and DH, I have to do it for me.
