Night time cravings
Do you guys ever feel like you are good at eating all day, light, healthy at work and then come home and just go crazy and eat/want to eat everything in site? How do you stop this from happening?

This is an issue for me too. But I would say eat every three hours. Try to drink tea or water with a tiny bit of juice(I use this light fruit punch and add a splash. Eat lots of protein and healthy fiber throughout the day. Maybe make a fruit smoothie for a snack a couple of hours after dinner? They are so filling. My husband makes them with OJ, bananna, blueberries

Smoothies w/fresh fruit are a great idea. Thanks! I picked up some v-8 too incase I crave something salty. I hope I can stay away from anything else. I stopped buying the junk, just a matter of time before it's all gone or I just throw it out.
