Acupuncture
Does anyone know of a good acupuncture clinic that specializes in IF? I want to do acupuncture before our first IVF. Please let me know. TIA!

Re: Acupuncture
I think it isn't going to get you pg -- but it can help. If nothing else, it increases blood flow to the uterus, and also provides relaxation...

Re: Acupuncture
I was diagnosed with a luteal phase defect characterized by, among other things, a short luteal phase and a BBT chart that looked like a mountain range.
After about a month of acupuncture (and some herbal therapies) my luteal phase was 14 days for the first time and my temps stabilized.
It is also really relaxing. I felt better about two weeks into it.

I don't know if it works, but it can't hurt, and at this stage I'll try anything!
