Though it was a sluggish week for record sales, there is someone very happy with this week's album charts.
Former American Idol contestant Chris Daughtry - he didn't even win - has the #1 album in the country this week.
And...his album has been out over two months already!
Daughtry's self-titled record moved 65,000 copies this past week, putting it in the pole position.
When his record debuted on the charts in late November, he came in at #2 - selling a very impressive 304,000 units.
Forget winning American Idol! Success on the charts is soooo much sweeter.
